Her sessions are patient, supportive, and personalized to each student's learning style, with a focus on building understanding, improving problem-solving skills, and gaining the confidence to succeed. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions, and recommends starting in-person to establish rapport before moving to a mix of modalities.

Rachel has more than 10 years of teaching experience and began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer on St. Vincent. She is skilled in delivering evidence-based, results-driven literacy instruction using multiple structured literacy approaches. She holds Massachusetts licensure in Reading, Elementary Education, and Moderate Disabilities, and holds degrees in social work and education.

Teresa is a retired middle and high school math teacher with 32 years of classroom experience, most recently at Hampshire Regional. She tutors math through Algebra 2, including Geometry, with a patient, one-on-one approach.

Allen brings a high level of content knowledge with a master's in mathematics and 23 years of experience in the high school classroom. His teaching focuses on application-based problem solving, spanning the full range of high school math from algebra to AP calculus.

Zoe teaches high school English and IB Language & Literature. She holds a BA in English and Sociology and a Master of Education focused on secondary English. Her tutoring is inclusive and learner-centered, and she is especially passionate about helping students connect reading, writing, and critical thinking to their lived experiences and to the local and global issues they care about.

Thomas is an experienced math teacher at Waltham High School with three years teaching Algebra I, Integrated Math I & II, Geometry, and test preparation, plus elective courses in Computer Programming and AP Computer Science. Erica has taught middle school and high school English for 22 years, working with students with a variety of learning, emotional, and organizational challenges, including SLD, ADHD, and Autism. She specializes in teaching writing from the sentence level through the full essay.

Elizabeth has been a special education teacher in middle school for 15 years, teaching organizational skills, reading, writing, and math in both inclusion and small group settings. Prior to that, she taught elementary school for 5 years.

Francene brings 38 years of experience teaching all levels of mathematics at Tahanto Regional, where she serves as Math Department Chair. She has been tutoring for more than 40 years and offers an exceptionally broad schedule, available seven days a week.

Luis is an 8-year high school math teacher who guides students to discover mathematical concepts through questioning, problem-solving, and real-world applications rather than simply demonstrating procedures. He teaches Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II with a student-centered approach, tailoring each session to the student's learning style and building the conceptual understanding and confidence needed to tackle unfamiliar problems independently.

Dr. B holds a doctorate in Quality Systems Management. His passion is mathematics, and he teaches Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Statistics at North High School in Worcester. He enjoys working with students and enabling them to think more independently about how to solve mathematical problems, approaching the tutoring process interactively together.
